We offer a range of eight week and ten week Mindfulness Meditation Courses, a Mindfulness Introduction Course, the Mindfulness Based Living Course (MBLC) and practice classes for beginners and practitioners. We also run regular Mindfulness Taster Sessions, Mindfulness Workshops, Day Retreats, drop in practice classes and monthly Mindful Walking Sessions in local venues within East Renfrewshire and Glasgow.
Mindfulness Support for Anxiety and Stress - 5 week Courses, one hour weekly sessions via ZOOM
MBLC - Mindfulness Based Living Course - 2 hour sessions online via ZOOM from 7.00-9.00pm - includes a two hour Introduction session
1:2:1 Support for Anxiety, Stress, Depression, Social isolation, Sleep issues, emotional regulation.
The MBLC includes a full Course Manual and guided audio meditation recordings for home practice between weekly classes. Concessions rates available, please enquire.
Try mindfulness meditation by coming along to one of our day or evening Taster Classes or Workshops held every 4 to 6 weeks ideal for beginners.
Alternatively for those who have completed an 8 Week Mindfulness Course, maintain and deepen your mindfulness practice by joining our supportive community Practitioner Practice Group. Class spaces are limited and must be booked in advance.

Our Wellbeing Retreat is a wonderful opportunity for deeper connection and rest for the body and mind in a tranquil, safe and supportive space and setting.
Our day retreats are an ideal way to step out of automatic pilot and into a new way of being in a relaxed and nourishing environment. Protected time for self care in a busy modern world to enhance wellbeing and wholeness.
The day is experiential and consists of mindfulness meditation practices, mindful movement, mindful walking and eating, and time for reflection with periods of silence.
