Dealing with uncertainty can make this a challenging time for everyone. We want to help people manage increasing levels of anxiety, stress and low mood states that they may be dealing with in the months ahead. We have moved our services online using ZOOM to continue offering our mindfulness based courses as a proven intervention to increasing wellbeing and mental wellness.
