CONTACT US

It can be easy at a time like this to get caught up in unhelpful patterns and habits of thinking and to stop noticing the world around us.

Mindfulness can help us to pay more attention to the present moment, specifically to our own thoughts and feelings and to the external world around us.

Practicing mindfulness can help us to notice the effect our thoughts are having on our emotions and behaviour and to learn new ways to come back to ourselves, to our bodies and notice the sights, sounds, tastes and smells of the present moment.

Mindfulness and meditation practices can help improve our mental wellbeing.

We offer courses online and 1:1 appointments for adults and mindfulness courses via zoom for young adults aged 12-25 years to help them understand themselves better, to enjoy life more fully and cope with the challenges that life can bring on a regular basis.
