The format of our Mindful Workshops and Mindfulness Courses include experiential formal and informal practices to train the mind to become more present and the 'how' of learning to integrate and apply mindfulness in every day life, class topics, personal reflection and group discussion, audio recordings and home practice.
Our workplace mindfulness office programme offers organisations, groups and education settings the following options;
Half Day - Mindful Workplace & Living Workshop
Full Day - Mindfulness at Work Taster Day
Eight Week Course - Mindful Workplace - 1 hour per week for 8 weeks, tailored to meet Company requirements.
Mindfulness For Managers - 1 hour per week for six weeks.
Mindfulness For School Staff - in service or after school 2.5 hour group mindfulness session.
Mindfulness Corporate Wellbeing Retreat - on or off site as agreed.
Workplace 1:1 Session - 1 hour mindfulness meditation session per week for private clients.
These programmes are designed to reduce stress, anxiety, feeling overwhelmed and allowing pressures to spill over into family life affecting relationships with loved ones at the end of the working day. They aim to increase self-awareness, emotional intelligence, compassion, resilience, enhanced decision making for stronger leaders and effective teams.

An introduction into how Mindfulness can help you work from the inside out. This two and a half hour session includes an introduction into what Mindfulness is, why it's needed, how it works, the science and research that underpins the results and guided experiential practices.
This is an ideal opportunity to introduce staff to mindfulness in the workplace or to support well being days such as Stress Awareness Month or Workplace Wellbeing Day.
Designed specifically for the workplace environment, this weekly one hour session runs for 8 weeks and focuses on developing skills in cognitive and emotional self awareness to increase effectiveness, team relations, resilience, creativity and output at work.
Each week introduces techniques, tools and practices to train the mind to become more present and integrate these into the workday.
These sessions are designed to help increase self awareness, habits of mind, emotional intelligence and provide a resourceful toolbox for greater clarity, focus, wider perspective and increased self control to make wiser decisions and choices.

Julie hosted a staff session of Mindfulness in December 2017. Staff had a great experience of mindfulness, most of the team had never experienced this, but were very open to the session and thoroughly enjoyed it.
In May 2018, this was rolled out as an option for mentors to try and there was a great uptake of sessions. The feedback from mentors has been very positive and we were delighted to offer something different for our mentors.
