MCR Pathways

"A massive thank you to Julie of Cultivating Mindfulness, for hosting an Introduction to Mindfulness for our staff and two sessions for our mentors.

Julie hosted a staff session of Mindfulness in December 2017. Staff had a great experience of mindfulness, most of the team had never experienced this, but were very open to the session and thoroughly enjoyed it.

In May 2018, this was rolled out as an option for mentors to try and there was a great uptake of sessions. The feedback from mentors has been very positive and we were delighted to offer something different for our mentors. It has been great to offer our mentors a unique health & wellbeing option and see them have a wonderful and enjoyable experience - thanks Julie!"
