Cancellation Policy To cancel your massage appointment, please contact us ideally 24 hours in advance. You can do this by logging into your account, navigating to My Bookings and choosing 'cancel'. We operate a waiting list policy and this process allows us to offer your place to another client. Appointments cancelled with less than 4 hours' notice will be charged the full treatment fee. More than 3 cancellations without notice may result in future bookings not being accepted.
