Teacher's Retreat

January 17, 2018

One of my favourite places to visit is Kagyu Samye Ling Monastery and Tibetan Centre, which is located in a peaceful valley on the banks of the river Esk, Eskdalemuir in South West Scotland, 15 miles from Lockerbie. Kagyu Samye Ling was the first Tibetan Buddhist Centre to have been established in the West. They offer a beautiful space to take a break away and focus on nurturing the mind, body and spirit for better balance.

My 5 day retreat was made extra special by the unexpected snowfall which made the stunning views even more breath taking than usual. You can visit the centre here.
