These taster evenings are a great opportunity to join us for a two hour Introduction to Mindfulness and experience some of the core foundation mindfulness meditation practices. There is always an opportunity to ask questions and find out more about this lifelong skill that is simply about training the mind to live mindfully instead of living life on autopilot, which can lead to symptoms such as stress and anxiety, affecting sleep and wellbeing.
These evening sessions are an ideal opportunity for beginners wanting to dip their toe in the water without investing in a full 8 week course and to know more about and try mindfulness and meditation before joining.
This evenings event was held in Mearns Castle Golf Academy at 7.00-9.00pm.
The two hour session costs just £10, redeemable against a booking on the Mindfulness Based Living Course, the next one is already fully booked but bookings are now open for the one after starting Wed 24 October 2018.
