Join us for a two hour Introduction to Mindfulness and experience some of the core foundation mindfulness meditation practices.
There will be an opportunity to ask questions and find out more about this lifelong skill and way of being that is simply about training the mind to live mindfully instead of living life on autopilot, which can lead to stress, anxiety and depression.
This evening session is an ideal opportunity for beginners wanting to know more about and try mindfulness and meditation before joining our eight week mindfulness based living course.
This event will be held in Mearns Castle Golf Academy and starts at 7.00-9.00pm on Wednesday 29th January 2019. The two hour session will cost £10, redeemable against booking our Mindfulness Based Living Course starting on Wednesday 5th February weekly until 25th March 2020.
