About the Event
Join us for a two hour Introduction to Mindfulness and learn more about the nature of the mind and body connection. You will also have an opportunity to experience some short beginner core foundation mindfulness meditation practices.
There will be an opportunity to ask questions about this vital skill and way of being to live mindfully instead of living life on autopilot, which can lead to stress, anxiety and depression.
This evening session is an ideal opportunity for beginners wanting to know more and experience mindfulness and meditation with a view to beginning a practice of their own.
This event will be held online live via ZOOM and starts at 7.00-9.00pm on Tuesday 9th February 2021. This two hour session costs £10.00 redeemable against an 8 week mindfulness course and can be booked via email to email@example.com
