The Wellbeing Centre offers a beautiful warm spacious, well ventilated safe space providing affordable wellbeing classes and activities such as hatha yoga, including vinyasa flow and seasonal, pilates, health qigong, mindfulness meditation, Thai and Swedish massage, life coaching and decluttering, counselling, retreat days, training days, dance workshops and wellbeing events.
All classes and events are available to book on a pay as you go basis and we have a very accessible choice of Monthly Membership Plans to save you money if you intend to come along to one or more classes each week.

Located at 31 Gavinton Street (just off Clarkston Road), The Wellbeing Centre is a short four minute walk from Muirend Train Station and well serviced by public transport. There is also ample free parking available for visitors travelling by car.

We offer a beautiful studio space to relax, tone, stretch and strengthen your heart, mind, body and spirit. We also have a fully equipped modern event room full of charm and character suitable for all types of events, workshops and training programmes. Our charity is also committed to offering accessible, relevant and age appropriate support to young people aged 12-25 years who are distressed from anxiety, stress, depression, anger or overwhelm. Our Young People's Mindfulness and Wellbeing Programmes are accessible to the community through the generous support of funding, donors and grants.

One of our main charitable aims is to help young people develop a way of being in the world that helps them to develop vital life skills to feel empowered to manage their own mental, emotional and physical health. We aim to help young people feel confident, strong and resilient to cope more skilfully with life.
