The Wellbeing Centre will be open to our members and visitors fully from 17th May offering a beautiful, warm, inviting and safe space providing affordable wellbeing activities such as yoga, pilates, dance, mindfulness meditation, qigong, massage, life coaching, nutrition, counselling, reiki and retreats days. Please enquire about our unique early bird Wellbeing Club membership.

We are focused on helping individuals achieve happier, healthier minds, hearts and bodies.

Located at 31 Gavinton Street, The Wellbeing Centre is located for people visiting us by public transport or walking from 

Muirend train station which is just a 4 minute walk away. Free parking is also available nearby.

Our charity is also committed to offering accessible, relevant and age appropriate mindfulness and wellbeing programmes to meet the needs of young people aged 12-15 years, 16-18 years and 19-23 years at no cost through the generous support of our fundraisers, donors and grants.

One of our main charitable aims is for the centre to become an

additional resource and support within the community and provide vital life skills to help young people feel empowered to manage their own mental, emotional and physical health. We aim to help young people feel confident, strong and resilient to cope more skilfully with life.
