Mindfulness & Meditation Teacher,
Health Qigong Instructor
Julie Griffin
Julie is a registered mindfulness meditation teacher with The British Association of Mindfulness-Based Approaches (BAMBA) delivering eight week Mindfulness Based Courses, training workshops and retreats for adults and young people.
Julie co-developed The University of Glasgow, Mindfulness: A Focus on Adolescents course and teaches mindfulness and compassion on our Young People's Wellbeing Programme to improve mental, emotional and physical health. She is a fully qualified Health Qigong Instructor and a certified HeartMath Facilitator and Coach. You can join Julie every Wednesday for Health Qigong at 6.30pm and for Mindfulness Meditation at 8pm

Massage Therapist
Lesley Lewis
Lesley is a local massage therapist with a passion for holistic Eastern styles of massage and healing.
These therapies are dynamic yet deeply relaxing and have wide-ranging positive effects on body and
mind. Lesley brings a wonderful range of therapies to the Wellbeing Centre.​

In addition to treating individuals, Lesley facilitates massage and relaxation workshops and is Senior
Teacher with Shiatsu & Thai Massage Training Scotland teaching FHT accredited courses.

Yoga Instructor
Matt Evans
Matt has a 200-hour certification from the Classical Yoga School, where he studied Ashtanga yoga, anatomy, philosophy, pranayama and meditation.
He is particularly interested in the mind-body connection, mobility, strength, balance, breath and injury recovery/prevention.
He also enjoys calisthenics, lifting heavy things and attempting to handstand.
Matt welcomes beginners and more experienced practitioners.

Professional Organiser & Lifestyle Coach
Elaine McKinlay
Elaine works on the Scandinavian style principles of Hygge and Lagom - 'just the right amount' and appears on radio, tv and at the Ideal Homes Show sharing these life changing ways to help people organise their homes, office and lives.
She also provides support groups and courses for people experiencing organising challenges such as decluttering and hoarding allowing a new physical and psychological spaciousness to come back into their lives for improved wellbeing.

Yoga Instructor
Roslyn Rennie
Roslyn is a fully qualified RYT 200 hour yoga instructor with an additional 50 hour training in Yin
yoga. Since qualifying in 2017, she has been enjoying teaching Vinyasa yoga, linking movement with
breath.
Having carried out her training with Seasonal yoga she often relates the class to the
time of year and associated changing elements.
Her classes are fun, dynamic and inclusive using creative sequencing to encourage strength,
flexibility and nourishment to the body whilst calming the mind.

You can join Roslyn every Monday at 6.45pm, Wednesday at 6.30pm and Friday at 9.30am

Hatha Yoga Instructor
Christina Sprinks
Chrissy has a RYT 200-hour yoga instructor certification, specialising in Hatha and Ashtanga, which she obtained from the Vrinda School of Yoga in Kerala, India.
Chrissy brings a holistic approach to her yoga classes, encouraging students to explore their physical and mental boundaries while cultivating mindfulness and inner balance. Her classes focus on the connection between the breath, mind, and body and include breathwork (pranayama), physical poses (asana), meditation and deep relaxation practices. All of which aim to increase the physical and mental wellbeing of students.
Whether you're a seasoned yogi or just beginning your yoga journey, Chrissy warmly welcomes all levels of experience to join her class every Thursday at 6.30pm.

Pilates Instructor
Lisa Mclellan
Lisa is an experienced Level 3 Mat Pilates instructor who qualified in 2015.
​
She made the leap to leave her civil servant job and pursue her dream full time in 2016.
​
Lisa loves getting out there and spreading the word on the benefits of Pilates and seeing the positive difference it makes to people's lives.

Sharon Barclay
Sharon is a 200-hour yoga instructor of Seasonal Yoga- a dynamic yet soothing style of yoga. She also has done a 40-hour training course in teaching yoga for the stages of menopause. Both courses are recognised by Yoga Alliance Professionals.
