We would like to sincerely thank the Trades House of Glasgow for funding our Young People's Wellbeing Programme during the year 2021-2022 to support young people's mental wellbeing aged between 12 years to 25 years. This support has included eight week wellbeing courses to help young adults reduce their levels of anxiety, stress, depression, overwhelm and a lack of focus and concentration. Read about the positive wellbeing outcomes and experiences and their testimonials.
We are very grateful to receive the Scottish Government's Communities Mental Health & Wellbeing Fund distributed by Voluntary Action East Renfrewshire in 2022. This funding has enabled us to provide additional wellbeing projects to support carer's, women aged 18 years and over and reduce isolation and loneliness of seniors to create a feeling of community, togetherness, wellbeing and happiness for all who would benefit from support.
