About the Event
This course has been fully funded by the Scottish Government for adult carer's and the programme runs every Tuesday evening at 8.00pm for eight weeks at The Wellbeing Centre in a supportive and safe environment within a small like-minded group.
This Mindfulness Based Living Course offers a valuable combination of intellectual knowledge, experiential practice and practical skills that can be applied in the real world to help more effectively with stress and anxiety, depression, anger and panic states. We will explore the nature of the mind and have an opportunity to develop the capacity for mindful non-judgmental awareness of thoughts, feelings and behaviour.
