About the Event
Our mindfulness course offers young adults an opportunity to learn new skills and techniques amongst peers their own age to improve wellbeing and resilience during these challenging and changing times. Never has it been so important as it is now for young adults to understand the nature of their own mind and learn vital life skills.
This short five weekly one hour course provides simple and practical information and tools to improve self-awareness and apply to everyday life to feel more empowered, focused, calm and happier.
