Service Description

Ting's new Hatha Yoga class includes breathwork, physical poses, meditation, and relaxation practices. All the practices focus on the connection between the breath, mind, and body with the goal to increase the physical and mental wellbeing of the students. Beginners are welcome.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel a class please contact us ideally 24 hours in advance. You can do this by logging into your account, navigating to My Bookings and choose 'cancel'. We operate a waiting list policy and this process allows us to offer your place to another member while we are operating in a Covid-19 reduced capacity. More than 3 cancellations without notice may result in future bookings not being accepted.
