Realign your mind and body to feel calm, balanced, clearer, focused and at ease. Each week this class will introduce various meditations to bring us into the present moment and enhance our skills of self-awareness, self-regulation and self-compassion for an inner state of calm, contentment and joy.
To cancel a class please contact us ideally 24 hours in advance. You can do this by logging into your account, navigating to My Bookings and choose 'cancel'. We operate a waiting list policy and this process allows us to offer your place to another member. Sessions cancelled with less than 4 hours before the class start time will not be refunded back to your account. More than 3 cancellations without notice may result in future bookings not being accepted.
