The Mindfulness & Wellbeing 8 week fully funded course equips teenagers with knowledge and skills to work with distraction, unhelpful thinking patterns that cause stress, anxiety or low mood states , through training and support to deepen self-awareness, regulate emotions and improve self-esteem and confidence.

1:1 fully funded support and joint parent/carer sessions are designed to help young adults get more acquainted with their own mind, emotions and behaviour. The programme aims to enhance practical skills that can be applied in the real world to maintain inner balance and develop resilience.
