About the Event

The Mindfulness Based Living Course is an 8-week programme designed specifically to help you work with your mind more easily and learn how to integrate mindfulness into your daily life. The curriculum follows a specific structure and includes experiential practices and exercises that also incorporate cultivating loving kindness and compassion towards ourselves and others.


To get the most out of this course it is important that you have the space in your life to commit to the weekly course sessions and Retreat Day of Practice on Sunday 22 March from 10-4pm. This will enable you to gain the maximum benefit and avoid disruption to the safety and coherence of the supportive group that will develop over the 8 week journey. A certificate of completion is available for completing the 8 week course.
