About the Event
Mindfulness & Wellbeing Programme (16-25 years)
This mindfulness, compassion and wellbeing programme is designed for young adults aged 16-25 years. The four week introduction course aims to enhance each young adult's mental, emotional, physical health and wholeness to live a healthier, happier, more productive and meaningful life.
The programme runs for 75 minutes every Monday evening at 6.15pm for four weeks in a supportive and safe environment within a small and friendly group.
The wellbeing course is a preventative approach that empowers young adults to develop a greater awareness and understanding of themselves, to develop good mental wellbeing skills and to apply these practical and helpful skills in everyday life.
This course offers a valuable educational resource to understand more about the nature of the mind and to develop the capacity for mindful non-judgmental awareness of thoughts, feelings and behaviour.
