About the Event
This evening session is an ideal opportunity for beginners wanting to know more about the benefits of mindfulness.
Perhaps you have heard about mindfulness and are curious to experience meditation with a view to beginning a practice of your own.
Join us for a two hour zoom live Introduction to Mindfulness and learn more about the practice and the nature of the mind and body connection.
You will also have an opportunity to experience some short beginner core foundation mindfulness meditation practices.
There will also be an opportunity to ask questions about this vital skill and way of being to live mindfully instead of living life on autopilot, which can lead to stress, anxiety and depression.
This event will be held online live via ZOOM and starts at 7.00-9.00pm on Thursday 11th February 2021.
This two hour session costs £10.00 which is redeemable against the next 8 week Mindfulness Based Living Course if you decide to continue mindfulness training. Any questions can be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org
