About the Event

Parents/carers are invited to join us for this free Introduction Evening to the Mindfulness Based Living Course for young adults (MBLC-YA) aged 12-15yrs, 16-18 years and 19-21 years. Our charity is able to offer this course at no cost to parents and young people from generous donations and fundraising from our supporters and will be held in our new Wellbeing Centre in Muirend.

The evening session will introduce the course curriculum to parents and there will be an opportunity to experience some of the course content and resources that your child will be learning over the eight weeks of the course starting on Tuesday 20th October.

The MBLC-YA is designed to help young people have an easier time with life, increase their self-awareness and teach them the skills required to reduce stress, anxiety, depression and enhance emotional regulation, self-kindness and resilience. Valuable life skills that can be carried into adulthood.

To book your place please register your place and any enquires can be emailed to info@cultivatingmindfulness.org.uk
