Mindfulness & Wellbeing Course - Teenagers & Young Adults

Our Mindfulness and Wellbeing Programmes for teens and young people have been fully funded by the Scottish Government.

 

Delivered in one hour sessions for age groups, 12-15 years, 16-18 years and 19-25 years. Guided audio practices and course manual are included. Read more.

Mindfulness at Work & Wellbeing Workshops

Our 4 or 8 week Mindfulness at Work programmes can be tailored to suit the workplace and the organisation's needs. Includes guided audio practices and full email and telephone support.

 

The mindfulness at work courses can be delivered in person or live online via Zoom.
