Our 8 week Mindfulness Based Living Course is a comprehensive course delivered over two hour weekly sessions and includes a Retreat Day of Practice, guided audio practices and a full course manual with email and telephone support.
Mindfulness Courses for Teenagers & Young Adults
Our Mindfulness Courses for teens and young people run for 5 or 8 weeks at no cost to parents. Delivered in one hour sessions for age groups, 12-15 years, 16-18 years and 19-21 years. Guided audio practices and course manual are included.
Mindfulness at Work & Wellbeing Workshops
Our 4, 8 or 2 week Mindful Workplace programmes can be tailored to suit individual organisation's needs and include guided audio practices and session summaries. The mindfulness at work courses can be delivered in person or live online via Zoom.
