Mindfulness: A Focus on Adolescents
We have co-developed this four week course with a team of professionals from The University of Glasgow.
Educators include Julie Griffin, Mindfulness Teacher, Mallika Punukollu, Consultant in child and adolescent Psychiatry and honorary senior lecturer University of Glasgow, Dr Cassie Maguire, currently a higher trainee in general adult psychiatry, based in the West of Scotland and Dr Manisha Kotecha, GP working in London with a special interest in lifestyle, preventative medicine and meditation.
Living Course - Adults
Join our in person 8 week Mindfulness Based Living Course at The Wellbeing Centre delivered over two hour weekly sessions and includes a Retreat Day of Practice, guided audio practices and a full course manual with email and telephone support. Mindfulness & Wellbeing Course - Teenagers & Young Adults
Our Mindfulness and Wellbeing Programmes for teens and young people have been fully funded by the Scottish Government.
Delivered in one hour sessions for age groups, 12-15 years, 16-18 years and 19-25 years. Guided audio practices and course manual are included. Read more.
Mindfulness at Work & Wellbeing Workshops
Our 4 or 8 week Mindfulness at Work programmes can be tailored to suit the workplace and the organisation's needs. Includes guided audio practices and full email and telephone support.
The mindfulness at work courses can be delivered in person or live online via Zoom.
