Mind, Heart and Body Coherence training utilises a system of techniques and biofeedback technology for learning how to synchronize your heart, mind and body to reset your composure and inner clarity, calm down reactive emotions, and neutralize stress. This creates an inner state called coherence. Discover when you are not in sync and learn directly from the biofeedback technology how to increase your level of emotional self-awareness, self generate a coherent state and self-regulate for an optimal state of health. Daily coherence practice has been shown to reduce and prevent the negative effects of stress such as overwhelm, fatigue and exhaustion, sleep disruption, anxiety and burnout. This is a private one hour coaching and check in session. Members on our monthly Healthy Heart, Mind and Body Plan can book a session for free once per month. Additional sessions can be booked from this page using the BOOK NOW button above or in person at The Wellbeing Centre.
To cancel a class please contact us ideally 24 hours in advance. You can do this by logging into your account, navigating to My Bookings and choose 'cancel'. We operate a waiting list policy and this process allows us to offer your place to another member. Sessions cancelled with less than 4 hours before the class start time will not be refunded back to your account. More than 3 cancellations without notice may result in future bookings not being accepted.
